GENERAL LAYBUY INFORMATION
Under our Layby agreement the customer is deemed to have agreed to the following terms:
A non refundable deposit of a minimum amount set for each offer is required for payment when the LayBy - LayBuy is set up.
Laybys are on 1 to 12 month terms however laybys can be finalised earlier with at least 2 weeks’ notice.
Pay off your trip in small weekly or fortnightly payments. Your final payment will be processed before your trip starts or your accommodation is provided.
All laybys require regular repayments.
The cancellation of or early termination of any individual layby item will result in an administration fee to cover our outlays on the transaction. Refund of installment payments is dependent on the policies of each individual travel or accommodation provider as revealed at the time of creating the LayBy agreement.
Please choose carefully, as once the layby is set up, there is no certainty that changes to dates can be made. Venues and experiences cannot be transferred to another operator. Where possible, Lay Buy Escapes and travel operators will accommodate changes where new date or service options are available.
Prices of items on layby are fixed to the price at the time of the layby. Discounts will not be given at the time of finalising the transaction regardless of any unforeseen sale prices at the time.
No change can be made to travel or accommodation layby sales once they have been delivered or the service provided.
Please remember when setting up a lay buy you will need access to your PayPal email address as all confirmations, emails, installment payments and invoices will be sent to or transacted through the PayPal email address. Once a laybuy has been set up, we cannot change your email details.

Each Lay Buy Escapes Lay Buy - LayBy agreement will include specific terms and conditions that are provided at the time of negotiating each travel service or accommodation transaction.
Lay Buy Escapes and our travel or accommodation providers will cheerfully and promptly comply with all State, Territory or National consumer protection laws, rules and regulations. Laws, Regulations and rules take priority over Lay Buy agreement terms and conditions.
Disputes will be determined under the laws of New South Wales Australia.
Lay Buy Escapes customers will retain and have available to them, PayPal's buyer protection terms and conditions which cannot and will not be waived or signed away.
The terms LayBy, Lay-By, LayBuy and Lay-Buy are interchangeable and of equal effect.
